The aim of the Office of the NSW Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC) is to improve our efficiency and effectiveness through a philosophy of continuous improvement.
We focus on problems identified through surveys, comments by practitioners, complainants and staff, to review our practices and procedures to ensure optimum benefit to the community.
The purpose of the surveys set out below are to obtain feedback in relation to the services we provide. The surveys assist us in reviewing everyday practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and will help us achieve our goal of promoting high standards of conduct in the delivery of legal services.
