Values

  • Stage One: Initiating application filed at the Children’s Court.
  • Stage Two: First mention at Children’s Court (interim orders may be made allocating parental responsibility to the Minister).
  • Stage Three has four possible options: Children’s Court Clinic Assessment, or, Dispute Resolution Conference, or, Further mentions at Court, or, Care plan prepared.
  • Stage Four: Final Orders (final orders may be made by consent or there may be a final hearing).
